Shipping, returns and complaints

1. Prices and payment

All prices in the online shop are stated in NOK.

You can pay safely and easily by payment card or Vipps.

2. Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping of 79 kr.

Most orders are on their way to you within 2 working days of being placed.

You may also choose a delivery address other than your home address.

Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods have been damaged in transit, this must be reported to the collection point on the same day the goods are received.

In the unlikely event that a parcel is not collected and is therefore returned to us, you will be charged the costs this incurs – up to 500 kr.

3. Returns

You always have a 14-day full right of return when you shop with us. You are free to change your mind.

The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the goods. Always keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you cover the cost of return shipping yourself. Complete the withdrawal form you received by email and send the parcel to:

4. Complaints about faulty goods

Are your goods damaged? Take a photo and send us an email at post@nordicdx.no, and we will help you.

This means you may have the item repaired or replaced, receive a refund, or get a price reduction, depending on the specific circumstances.

A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect in the goods.

Where a complaint is justified, we reimburse reasonable shipping costs you incur in connection with returning the goods.

When you wish to make a complaint about a product, always contact us by email before sending the item.

In the case of transit damage, the deadline in section 2 applies. The damage must be reported on the same day the goods are received.
